Returns We accept returns within 30 days of delivery. Items must be unused, unwashed, and in their original condition. To start a return, please contact us at hello@grandpawsco.com with your order number and reason for return.

Refunds Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll notify you by email. Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.

Exchanges Need a different size? We're happy to help with an exchange. Reach out to us at hello@grandpawsco.com and we'll guide you through the process.

Final Sale Items Items marked as final sale are not eligible for return or exchange.

Damaged or Incorrect Items If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with a photo and we'll resolve it promptly — no questions asked.
